FUCHSIA OS: GOOGLE'S NEW ANDROID

FUCHSIA OS: GOOGLE'S NEW ANDROID

Well, now most smartphone users over the world are using Android as their Operating System. But is that forever? As we all know Android is controlled by Google Inc. and we are now quite satisfied with its interface and looks as one might say.

But at the present day, Google has decided to come up with something new, called the Fuchsia Operating System which is thought to conquer all IoT(Internet of things) and UI(User Interface) based devices in near future. Now the question arises, why such a sudden change? What will happen to Android?

Well to answer all of these, first we will have to know a few things.

                  ANDROID AND ITS FLAWS:

Well, do you know Android was developed way before Apple's iOS?But
then, it was only used as an operating system in other gadgets except mobile phones. Android was basically developed to serve Cameras and other devices. Later when Google adopted it, they decided to spread it's usage to the field of smartphones too. Soon passing of time, it was updated rigorously that now it has turned into the prime OS of the users with little flaws. Yes, little!

Now, where the concept of a new Operating System came from?
It is primarily made to eradicate these so-called flaws.
What are these flaws?

In the modern era, smartphones nowadays have come up with varied dimensions and sizes. But previously, we were restricted to only a few. But now there are many; some with notches, bezel-less,fold-able etc. This is called device fragmentation. So, it has now become difficult for companies to manage all these smartphones and undergo changes in the interfaces accordingly.

With so many smartphone brands using Android as it's Operating system, many brands have customized the original Android. They have made some changes and are now using it as their own customized UI. This has made the work of Google incredibly difficult to incorporate updates into its systems.

With so many users still using low-end devices with old versions of Android like KitKat, Jellybean etc. the updates are regularly sent to the company in order to improve performances, also the security issues of the devices are not received by all its users.

                    WHY FUCHSIA??

This operating system will not only be for smartphones but also it would be for all devices including smart TV's, smart lights, CCTV cameras, watches, tablets and even PC's. It would create a great ecosystem between all of its devices for seamless connectivity and performances. As we all know about the connectivity of all Apple devices(i-phones,i-pads,i-pods, Laptops, earphones, Apple watches)  which is one of the biggest reasons for the mass selling of Apple products. Maybe Google is also trying to adopt this idea of their competitor in order to conquer the whole market.

The next important reason is that, being the same version of the OS it will run on all devices simultaneously and sending updates and features would be much easier than before. All devices will get the same updates at the same time from a high-end device to a low-end device.

Google Fuchsia OS is also noted for being tested on an Honor device as per sources. It is heard that more time is spent by the Google Developers working on its Voice assistant features to make it more versatile and powerful. It will also come up with many extra loaded-features like more camera-options, and other hardware connectives. All in all, it will be a "Perfect Operating System"

                    IN A NUTSHELL:

So, it is an open-sourced (free) Operating System written in powerful languages like C++ and Dart using the Flutter SDK. Presently, it is in the developmental process by Google and is expected to hit the market in 2-3 years from now. Other things will remain the same but with a massive increase in performances and productivity.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO ANDROID THEN?

Will Android be diminished forever?
These might be the question coming to your mind now. Well, nothing can be said properly at present, but as said by experts and developers The Fuchsia and Android will run in parallel, a time might come when Android might be history.

But according to me, if it comes soon then it will be a great boost to technology. According to some, even the Tesla Auto-Pilot cars are supposed to use Fuchsia as their Operating System.
And if Google successfully implements this, we might also see an end of the Apple regime. That's a lot of day-dreaming now.

But no-one knows and cannot predict the future.

The God Particle

'The God particle' also known as Higgs boson particle was discovered in 2013, with the help of the Hadron collider. It was said to be “the missing cornerstone of particle physics” by the CERN director.         Many disputes have been over why this is named so. Basically this particle gives an explanation of the origin of the universe.  It is a physical proof of an invisible, universe wide field which gave mass to all particles after the Big Bang.         This field better known as the “Higg's field” is different from all other fields as it is present everywhere even in vacuum. Now after providing mass it forced all particles to merge and form the stars, planets and led to the formation of the whole Milky Way galaxy.          So it was a very essential particle leading to the origin of the universe and gradually life as we know it.                 Now what is it's relation to time travel? The physi

HYPERLOOP

FIFTH MODE OF TRANSPORTATION-“HYPERLOOP” The concept of Hyperloop was first conceived in 2012 by renowned entrepreneur and founder of SpaceX and TESLA, Elon Musk . He was in search of a new, the fifth mode of transportation which can redefine the future of travelling by drastically reducing the travel time on land. It is termed hyperloop as it would go in a loop. Hyperloop is the greatest leap in mode of transportation infrastructure for generations. With passengers sitting in a pod and travelling through evacuated sealed metal tubes at a speed greater than that of an airline, the concept seems to be fictitious but it is on the verge of becoming reality. The speed of conventional mode of transportation i.e. buses, cars or trains is limited by air resistance and friction.   Hyperloop drastically reduces friction and air resistance by means of magnetic levitation, electric Propulsion and partially vacuum steel tubes. The concept is open-sourced by Elon Musk, the result of whi

NEUROIMAGING IN IDENTIFYING DISORDERS

NEUROIMAGING IN IDENTIFYING DISORDERS Neuroimaging deals with the in vivo applications of various techniques to illustrate and study the structural & functional characteristics of the nervous system. Neuroimaging can be classified into two categories: • Structural neuroimaging, which involves the imaging of the structure of the nervous system and the diagnosis of intracranial injuries and tumours. • Functional imaging, which involves the study and diagnosis of metabolic diseases and cognitive research. The most widely used techniques involved in the process of neuroimaging are: 1. Computed Tomography (CT) or Computed Axial Tomography (CAT), in which X-ray images of the brain from various directions are taken and presented as cross-sections of the brain. 2. Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), which uses magnetic fields and radio waves to obtain high-resolution 2D or 3D images of the brain. 3. Positron Emission Tomography (PET), which measures emissions from radioac
